  The things that I’ve seen recently on FB just disgusts me… and maybe things like this have been there all along and I just didn’t pay attention, but I’ve been ready to chuck my phone across the room several times… someone posted a picture of their newborn and said “Go the f*ck to sleep!” ………….. um…….. REALLY?!??!?!?!??!?!?!?

  My cousin, who knocked up a girl who already has 3 by 3 different daddies posted a picture yesterday of his newborn son (born the day before mother's day, THAT was fun to see/hear about) laying on the couch alone, popped up with pillows with the bottle propped in his mouth. The babies hands were on the bottle and the caption was "My big boy already holding his own bottle!" 
  
  Are you fucking kidding me? Pick up your damn child and feed him! Count your blessings and take advantage of every moment you have. 
  
  Things that also need to not be posted: videos of them doing something "cute" that look dangerous from the camera angle (I'll give the benefit of the doubt that there were things/other people off camera that made it safer), posting about your children misbehaving, and posting how lazy of a parent you are, or things that reflect poorly on your parenting. WHY does the world need to know these things?

  Can I add to your list of things that don't need to be on FB when it comes to children? Please do not take a picture of your child's "first poop on the potty," and literally put up a picture of the toilet. It happened 2 weeks ago on FB. I'm not squeamish, but REALLY? Your kid's poop??????

  Ok, I know it's Monday, and I have a very low give-a-shit. But TP to the "co-worker" who asked me to spell 'medicine' so he could send a txt. I had to respell it for him 5 times!!!!!! Seriously? :-w

  TP to my husband's niece (who will be 18 in July).  She lied to my SIL saying that she broke up with her drug dealer boyfriend, but really she was still seeing him.  Then after going on a rampage, which included beating up on her little sister and telling the police that her dad beats her (not true), was thrown out of her parents' house.  So her plan is to move in with her boyfriend and get pregnant as soon as possible because "a baby will make everything alright".

  Also, geez, I am so sorry about your niece. Drugs really do some crazy things to people (like the fact that she lied about her father beating her), and sometimes, there is no reaching them. UGH. And that misconception that not just young kids, but some people have, about bringing a baby into the world when things are dysfunctional…as if the innocent baby can fix it all! So sorry…((hugs))

  People never fail to surprise me with how wrongly they perceive babies and relationships...I met a woman the other day who told me she broke up with he fiance because she "got her pregnant on purpose"...I mean, can you believe that?? The man that she she was going to marry and spend the rest of her life got her pregnant so she left him. Ugh.
