Potty training soon??

Is anyone planning on potty training before 2? If so, what is your plan of action lol I am due in January and really want to try it out and see how DD does!!

I sit him on his little potty once a day, just to get him used to it. He is no where near ready though.

I'm due in December and am hoping to have dd potty trained by then. I don't know if she will be ready, but I hope she will be! We have been kind of slacking with getting her to sit on the toilet lately, but I plan on putting a lot more effort into it this summer.

Yes. DD is already interested in our potty. She wants to flush it, says bye bye to our pee or poo, wants to sit on it, etc. So I think getting her her own potty will be helpful.

This makes me embarrased to say but I have ZERO interest in potty training. I am a nurse and have no problem with diapers and they are just easier right now. And she JUST started sleeping through the night and her overnight diaper weighs like seventeen pounds every morning. The idea of her waking me up to go potty makes me wanna cry. I am keeping her in diapers until 14.

Oh yeah, DS is SUPER interested in our toilet. Interested in it as a toy. He likes to dip his little hand in and splash around to the point of soaking himself and the bathmat. I know it's clean but it still grosses me out.

Hahah!! I love this!! I don't mind diapers but I do not like the cost of them lol DD still has the weight of a small aircraft carrier in her diaper every morning too. But what the heck... I'm gonna give it a shot.

We've been sitting DD on her potty at least once a day. She had been showing a ton of interest, but we're not pressuring her to learn to use it right away. Although, I'm due in Jan, so it would be fantastic if DD were actually potty trained by then!

We are going to buy one soon to get him used to seeing it/sitting on it. But I have a feeling he won't be ready for a while.

We bought DD a potty a few months ago and she likes carrying it around and putting things in it, but shows no interest in sitting on it. I bought her the "Even Princesses go the Potty Book" to try to get her excited, but we have no imminent plans for potty training.

Ds seemed really interested in the potty.. There are a couple in training at dc, so she sits him on the potty occasionally. He would walk in and clap whenever I went.. I bought him a potty, and zero interest. He wanted nothing to do with it. So we will wait. I am in no rush either. Diapers are easy and convenient at the moment. And since I am pregant, it will be easier not to have to deal with accidents and newborn blowouts at the same time.
