Long time lurker...rare poster...but I've been excited to join this thread since I'm finally back to meal planning after our move!
Sunday: Turkey Sausage Enchiladas
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: No peek Beef tips and Garlic shells
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Out
Friday: Baked Chicken and Broccoli Cheddar Rice
Saturday: Million Dollar Spaghetti
Sunday - spaghetti and meatballs, green beans, garlic bread
Monday - DH is OOT and I had a late afternoon "dinner" with co-workers, so the boys had turkey sandwiches and fruit
Tuesday - burrito for me, mini tacos for the boys (all from TJ's freezer section...DH still OOT)
Wednesday/Thursday - Italian meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veggies
Friday - homemade pizza, salad
Just a little late too, but it keeps me motivated to cook if I post....
Monday...quinoa spinach burgers
Tuesday....minestrone soup
Wednesday.....eggplant spaghetti

@kdc2007 The sausage skillet was great! Super easy to make and the husband even had thirds. He always questions my pinterest creations until he usually eats them. But this one was definitely a winner. I cut up the sausage pieces a little smaller so DS could eat it. I also added a red pepper to get some veggies in there. I used rotini pasta (it's easy for DS to pick up or stab with a fork) and was initially worried that it wouldn't cook all the way, but it did perfectly fine.
