We got ours at a garage sale - it is an older Evenflo model that doesn't have as many toys attached to it and has more open tray space. I loved the idea of the open tray space - we could put whatever we wanted up there. There was room for us to put her cute toys we bought her on it, or snacks as she got older. Now, I kind of wonder if the attached toys are better... they can't throw them over and think it's fun to watch you chase toys and return them...
@AriaAmante143 some I've seen online say 4 months. I'm assuming it has to do with when baby can hold their head up well and can put weight on their feet!? No clue though
Didn't realize these were different than jumparoos....rookie mistake. I'm going to buy one of those this week, haha!
I just looked and we have the same one as you. Brooklyn has really good head control too, and we're working on tummy time. Maybe we will attempt to put it together next weekend
What's the age requirement? We were gifted an Exersaucer but we haven't even taken it out of the box.
We put DD1 in it at 2 months, she could hold her head well on her own. I packed in cloth diapers around her so she wouldn't wobble back and forth (the seat was a bit big). She did really well with it and liked to look at the few toys that were on the tray. She was only in a few minutes at a time for the first few weeks, but she loved it. We also put DD2 in it around 2 months, but she hasn't been in it as often yet. I think if you are comfortable with your baby's head control it would be fine to try it out :-)

We put DS1 in his when he was good at holding his head up and then we packed a blanket around him to keep him from wobbling.
...I googled the jumperoo thing and it says Max 25lb max 32 inches doesn't say minimum. I would say when they can hold their head on their own but Don't quote me. I'm sure that's when we will use ours.
Lol. DS1 could still use it based on that info alone. (He's 22 lbs, and might be slightly over 32 inches...lol, but he's 18 months, so he would likely escape)
For anyone interested, I found this awesome one that I told mil we would like. It has piano keys as the floor, it allows baby to "walk" a little back and forth and also turns into a music station for when they are older. Thought it would be a good one since it can be used for so long.
We used the bright starts bounce bounce baby saucer for both my older ones! I absolutely loved it! It has 3legs and no huge bottom so it fit into the corner better when we weren't using it (huge since we have a small house and no extra space)! Ours was an older model we got at a garage sale but they have newer models too either I'm sure are awesome!! https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B007IUYMUE?pc_redir=1400213749&robot_redir=1
Oh man I want that piano one! I wonder if she'd still be little enough to enjoy it at Christmas! There's no way DH will let me spend that much on another one
Re: Exersaucer
Here's DD1 in it :-)
