Exchanging diapers

Anyone know if any brick and mortar stores where I can exchange an unopened box of diapers for the next size up? Can I take them to Target, etc, or am I going to be laughed out of the store?

You can take them to target if you haven't exceeded their $65 a year return limit. I would shoot for walmart --less hassle.
Eta- we have 3 boxes of size 2 I'm about to have to exchange.

Yep, I'm pretty sure walmart is the go to for this kind of stuff. We've done it without a problem.

When I first read the title of this thread I was thinking you were wanting to do a diaper swap (like the onesie exchange). Sorry, sick and sleep deprived.
