Getting Back Out After Baby?

Hi mamas! I haven't posted on here in a while, but I have a question for you wonderful ladies! DS will be one year old next month, and I think I am ready to start getting back to date nights with DH. There is a 17 year old girl who lives just around the corner, and has sat for many of the families in our neighborhood, and I was thinking about having her come over one night. Any advice? It makes me so nervous to think of leaving DS with anyone. He has never stayed with anyone but family for more than about 5 hours. Sorry if I sound a little crazy, just a nervous FTM! Thank you!
Ps- DS is still nursing before bed, so I am really worried about how that would play out. (He has had a bottle from daddy before bed before, but never anyone else) thank you again!
