  The no refunds thing is shady to me!
  
  Check the Better Business Bureau for reviews/accreditation.

  We ordered a dress from them for DD1's 2nd birthday party. We ordered it 2 months prior. We got it weeks after the party. They take a long time. If it is something you need in a timely manner, I would look somewhere else.
  
  When we got the dress, it was good quality and super cute. We have ordered some bows from them too. They just take a long time getting things shipped out. Here is a pic of DD1 in her dress.
