It's a nice day so I'm sitting with my patio door is open and I can hear the neighbors next door bickering while they put together their kids' play structure. Kind of funny.
The lady: I'm not trying to make it perfect. I don't want to be out here all day on this.
The guy: And I don't want to be out here every weekend fixing it so lets just do it right.
Fast forward a few minutes and the lady actually just said "is that to your liking, sire?"
I was surprised my husband and I made it through putting the crib and table together last weekend without someone being annoyed by the end. Projects always bring out the best in couples. What's your latest tense couple moment? Do you and your S/O have anything that you know will end with someone annoyed?

Re: Tense Moments
Our tense moments vary..Usually when I'm moody
:-<
It's a lose lose situation since I hate cooking with a passion.
What does cause tension is our dog. H likes to give the dog too much freedom and the dog thinks she has the same luxury with me, only problem there is she doesn't listen as well to me as she does to him even though she's technically my dog.... And when I'm hungry I can be a bitch so anything bothers me at that point lol
Nothing makes me more stabbity than him breathing. Or snoring at night. His loud and explosive farts that jolt me awake when I've FINALLY managed to fall asleep. Him touching my swollen feet. Him calling me "Preggers". Yeah, really, just the act of him LIVING is enough to make me rage-y.
Honestly though, we've never assembled anything together, so I don't know how that's going to go when we finally try and piece together the crib. I may just leave the house so I don't have to see it.
