We decided to sign up for a childbirth preparation class. I was really surprised how long it is. Four sessions over four weeks, and three hours each session. Twelve hours!
@-) it does say that they cover life skills, effective breathing, massage, positioning, stress and coping skills, and newborn care. I'm feeling very overwhelmed!
If you signed up for a class, how long was it for? Does it cover everything, or just specific topics?

We are signed up for our hospital tour, but we can't seem to make one of the L&D classes work. We are down to an online option because DH has 5 business trips in the next 2 months and it is making it impossible for him to attend any other way. I am looking into a breast feeding class and an infant and child CPR class as well. My mom will do the CPR one with me.
