I started going thru the baby clothes- so TINY!

With dd#2, we had to go buy some preemie clothes for her bc she was swimming in everything newborn. I pulled out some of the outfits, and I can remember when she wore them. She was 6lb 4oz when born and this LO is going to likely be the same.( I've gained the same amt of weight etc so far. ) Seriously though, I've got some serious emotional twinges going on. Realizing this is my last pregnancy, and as she outgrows everything, we will be donating/giving it away. Bittersweet for sure. It's rainy here today, I'm blaming my melancholy demeanor on that. :(

    I came across tiny baby clothes the other day and was taken back by it. I can't believe DD was ever that small!!

    I went through DD's baby clothes last week and pulled out the ones suitable for DS to wear. They are so tiny! Makes my little girl seem so big and grown up! And I was temporarily sad we're not having another girl since I remembered DD wearing all the cute outfits.

    I keep thinking the same as I'm pulling out my newborn stuff. DS was kind of a monster at 9.2, but this baby is measuring a but smaller, so I'm hoping more like DD1 at 7.3.

    I sorted several weeks ago, and the smallest I had was 0-3 still in denial my big boy ever got in that, and that this one will too (perhaps even smaller!)
    also saw a set of preemie onsies in target and briefly thought they were NB, almost had a heart attack! They are so tiny... And LO may fit in them in just a few weeks!! But she better not come out to try!
