A lot of times we eat at the same time, so he has no reason to "beg" then. But whenever I eat after him, even if he stopped eating his own food because he was full, he is always coming over to me, staring at my food, and giving me the puppy dog eyes. It's pretty cute.
B only begs if he is hungry. I thought he was begging all the time, but it turns out we weren't feeding him enough in general. Now that we give him as much solids as he can take, he is sleeping through the night for the most part and no longer chases us around the room when we're eating.
No begging here. We actually met with an occupational therapist to address his poor eating and significantly slowed growth (he's doing well with overall development, thankfully). We started oral motor stimulation exercises and he is much improved!
DS is curious about what we are eating but doesn't have much interest yet. It's starting to stress me out since he's turning one next week. No interest in sippy cups either....
@kames12, don't worry! He will catch on. We don't all drink out of bottles and eat purées. It will happen. Be thankful you don't have to figure our what to feed your kid for every meal.
She is a serious beggar. Sometimes she yells at me if I am eating and I don't give her any. She smacks her lips. And sometimes she screams and throws herself down if I don't give her any. Baby tantrums suck!

This is Grayson. I have to hide if I want to eat and not share...
