Pain in my leg

Hello everyone! I've been lurking around the board for a while, but now I have a question, so let me first introduce myself by saying that I'm 25 weeks with a little girl due on 08/29/14.
Now to my question: I woke up in the middle of the night last night with pain in my right thigh/knee. It kind of feels like a growing pain you used to get as a child. Just a constant, dull, aching pain. I thought maybe I just slept wrong and took my heating pad to work today and used it all day. Came home and took an hour long hot, bubble bath and now my leg is still killing me. Any idea what it could be and what to do to make it feel better? Thanks!!

    Yup, call if it doesn't go away. I'd also try eating a banana and drinking a big glass of water to see if that helps at all. Leg cramps / Charlie horses are more common in pregnancy and can be due to vitamin deficiency especially since your fetus steals everything he needs before you get any for yourself.

    As the PPs have said, call if it doesn't go away. I have gotten knee and hip pains from sleeping that have lasted more than one day. I also am having sciatica issues and I think that is making me move funny in my sleep. There is not much that they can do for that besides what you are already doing, but if it doesn't go away you want a doctor to check it out and make sure it is not a blood clot. Also if you are potassium or iron deficient it could be a cramp and the soreness can last for days.
