Nipple Bleb Post Treatment

I was able to sever a small nipple bleb I had (I am assuming that it what it was as milk squirted out immediately in the shower), but I am wondering what to put on the area now? I pumped earlier and LO has nursed several times since then.

I just popped one yesterday and I have put some lanolin on it. Just watch that the skin doesn't reattach because the duct will clog. I have been getting hard spots in my breast so I make sure he latches well on that side and pump it to keep breaking that skin so the milk will come out.
