T minus 8 hours- updated with birth story

In 8 hours my LO will be here via scheduled c section. I am really excited and anxious to finally meet my little boy or girl. I'm also looking forward to not being pregnant anymore, but I'm nervous to have an outside baby, considering I'm a FTM. I guessing these waves of emotions are perfectly normal. I just wanted to share my news since I can't sleep.

UPDATE: I was team green, that turned into team blue. Wyatt John-Philip Bragan, arrived 5/16 @ 11:39am, weighing at 7lbs 15oz and 21 3/4 inches long. He came via c section due to his positioning and not descending. I received the spinal and holy moly did that feel weird once it kicked in. My body felt so heavy. Well after about what felt like 15mins of pushing on my ribs to try get the baby to move down, which was kind of painful. He finally decided to come out. There was a lot of fluid they had to suction up, and it was kind of messy everywhere. However they stitched me up and I am feeling good. I'm on pain meds, and I don't feel any discomfort. They had me get up around 6pm to try and walk, and that didn't work, I felt extremely nauseous and dizzy so they had me lay back down, and I was able to then eat a little something, to see if that helped since I haven't eaten since 9pm the previous night. Then again at 9pm they had me get up and move, and I was able to do. The nurse said I am doing great. So now I have a few days of relaxing and healing in the hospital. And Wyatt is doing great! We all love him so much!!!
