Belly sleepers and diapers

DD sleeps on her belly and almost every night I have to change her diaper and clothes in the MOTN because she's peed through everything. Because she sleeps on her belly it all leaks up her front but the back of the diaper is conpletely dry. I've tried using different brands but they all do the same thing. I'm thinking about going to size four just for night time but I feel like they'd be too big. She's probably barely 20lbs by now so I've come to you ladies for help:)

Normally it wouldn't bother me I just change her and go back to sleep but if I even change her diaper she's awake for hours. And after waking up at 3am this morning, I need to fin a solution.

    We had the same problem. We switched to size 4 and no leaks yet!

    ETA : LO is about 18 lbs and the diapers are a little big but since she's not as active at night they work ok.

    My 19 lber is in size 4s and has been for over a month. You could also put the diaper on backwards so it's higher in the front and will offer more protection in the front.

    Yep, same story here and we just sized up early for night to size 4's.  Now we are in size 4's for day too.  I sized up at night probably 3-4 weeks before I did it for days.  Worked great.

    We are still in size 3's (probably around 17-17.5 lb baby), but we use Huggies Overnights.  They work great!  We've never had a pee leak and she sleeps all over the place, but mostly on her belly or side.  We use Pampers Cruisers during the day (size 3) and she poops up the back of them at least every other day so we're having the opposite problem.

    I just switched to size 5 for nights this weekend. We started leaking in our 4s. The 4s during the day are still great. He's a 22 lb chunkmuffin.

    My 20lb belly sleeper uses size 4 target brand diapers. No leaks yet!

    I guess I'll just go up a size. The size three box said up to 26 lbs or something like that but it doesn't look like that matters.

    I use pampers extra protection and add AD ointment . DD is about 17 pounds so we r in size 3. During the day we use size 3 target brand

    @redfallon‌ we just went to size 4 and no leaks yet! They seem to fit her better so once the 3s are gone she will be on 4s for days as well. Thanks for asking:)
