Hi ladies! I am so happy to be here and really hoping to stay. I have a 19 month old son (born via super-emergency csection) and dh and I decided to try for another in January. Got pregnant right away, lost it at 6.5 weeks. Waited one cycle, got pregnant right away, lost it at 4.5 weeks. My doctor put me on baby aspirin and gave me a prescription for progesterone suppository to start the day after I ovulate. Here's my issue: she told me to wait this month out but we slipped up once - it was literally 7 days before I ovulated and I can't even believe his guys lived that long. We must be ridiculously fertile - which is wonderful except that I keep losing them. I really meant to skip this month so I didn't even pick up my prescription and now I'm sitting here in disbelief that I'm pregnant. I am going to call my doctor first thing in the morning but I'm so worried about it happening again and I wish I hadn't been so careless. Have any of you ever heard of a progesterone shot? I'm wondering if that could boost my levels quicker than the suppositories. Please keep me in your t&p! Thanks SO much!

But how do you know when you ovulated--bbt charting or blood work is the only way to confirm ovulation. So if neither of these happened, you could have ovulated earlier than you thought, which explains how you got ku. Also, you really should be charting to confirm ovulation if you're to take progesterone---it can delay/prevent ovulation from happening if you havent ovulated before taking the progesterone.
Also, I was to start progesterone after ovulation with this pregnancy, but I had a whacky cycle and didn't start the progesterone until I got my bfp. There's a lot of ladies instructed to start progesterone with a bfp, so try not to beat yourself up about this.

Yep, another one here who got pregnant on the tail end of a wait. I waited 3 cycles but not QUITE three months. Hope we all have good happy endings! Yes, I know how that sounded, but whatever.
