round ligament pain in 2nd pregnancy worse? (charmedgrl517)

Is it true for any of you that your round ligament pain was worse in 2nd pregnancy?
For the past week, I've had a dull pain more like uncomfortable while on kneeling position.
It is like the baby is on a nerve or its a ligament cause its just like feeling like you need to get up and you just feel off not so much painful as it is uncomfortable.
The only thing I can compare it to is if you're on your back and the baby is laying on your main artery and you get light headed which happened to me with DD.
Well this morning it's a constant pain. It's worse standing then sitting so I assumed I would just rest. Called the doc and she said it sounds like round ligament pain and it's worse in 2nd pregnancies. She said to rest and drink lots of water and I can take Tylenol and try a heating pad where the pain is for no more than 5-10 min. She said give it an hour and if not better than to get checked. It's not the pain itself, it just worries me that I'm having pain and worry about baby girl.
