Gearing up to start getting back into shape once A) nursing is well established, and B) I've had a little more recovery time my c/s.

Any other moms using or planning to use MFP? I found that it was encouraging to do with other moms in the same situation after my last baby, so if you are using it and wouldn't mind me adding you, please feel free to comment with your user name. Mine is Melanie529.

    I did it prior to being pregnant, I plan on going back to that....when he decides to make his appearance.

    I used it before baby as well. How are you ladies planning to adjust the calories for breastfeeding. Ftm and I don't want to hinder my supply

    I used it before I got pregnant and plan to use it after she is born. I have the same question about how to adjust it for breast feeding though.

    If you search for breastfeeding under foods you will see entries with it for -500 calories. So add it and it will automatically account for it. I can't wait to be back at the gym either!
