One & Done: Only child

is my child the only one who instead of saying cat says.....

Cock.....yes, Poo Poo says "cock" instead of "cat." He also screams it and it just makes it sound worse. The worse is when he shouts it in public... I'm constantly saying "yes Poo Poo the cat, very good, cat." I find the use of his word both embarrassing and amusing.

My DD did this too.  I think Percy is really hard for kids to pronounce when they are at the stage of loving Thomas the Train.

  • DS definitely called his sock his cock this morning. He has a speech delay, so no use in sentences. Mostly just trying to pull his socks off in the cart at the grocery store while yelling "COCK!"
  • When the Badgers were playing the Seahawks for some big game (I don't know sports, so I apologize), DD Kept screaming, "SEACOCKS!"
