  You guys are so mean.  I presume she means the pic that you use to identify yourself (avatar), but also wants to make a little money on the side by advertising.  Hence, the advatar.  I'd contact the company you are working with to perfect your image for maximum exposure/profitability, and then we can help you change your pic here!  YWIA!

  Up at the top right where it has the link that says "Log out", there should be a link that says "My Account" ... click that

  
  

  It will take you to a page that has all your info listed from when you first signed up, and on that page there is a link to the right of that blue button that says "connect with facebook" that says "Change My Avatar"
