SO! Most of this morning I have been on the phone with Insurance and an RE in Amarillo, which is the closest to me about 2 hrs away.
Insurance will pay for my diagnostics 90/10 until I reach $4500 in costs, then 100% thereafter. Treatment isn't covered so it will be OOP. But hey, it is better than nothing!
The nurse at the RE office was a little reluctant at first when I gave her mine and DH's birthdate, since we are only 24 yo. But after explaining, that I do not have an IF dx, but I DO have pcos, insulin resistance, and endo dx's and that my OB has had me do a cycle of Clomid and wanted another round done, with no S/A she was really shocked and just couldn't believe they wanted me to do 3 rounds before ever testing DH.
So, I am awaiting a call back from the scheduling office, and we will go from there, we are basically starting all over it feels like, but with someone more competent it seems!

ETA: I got a call back this afternoon, our consult is scheduled for June 18, which was my due date with my twins... bittersweet coincidence... I am really hoping our insurance covers a big chunk of the initial visit cost, which could be worse, I mean its only $353, but our vacation is the very next week to go see my dad... So, I am going to have to make some major "do withouts" until then!
