Pump malfunction or mom malfunction?

Help! I thought my pump was having issues so I tried changing valves, membranes, tubes, everything! When that didn't work, I tried my friends pump. Still having issues. Basically, my milk comes out but super slow and my boobs are partially full still when I'm done and nothing is coming out anymore. LO is the only thing that can drain a boob. Any advice? This is so frustrating

All of @Xan84's tips are great. For heat/massage, I use the Lanisoh 3in1's to help with faster let down. I typically have a VERY quick one but like @casey78 said, my mood affects it quite a bit. If I know I'm having a bad mood day, I just default to using the 3in1's now. They also help everything soften so I can massage better.

I definitely suggest the jiggle trick, too. That has helped me immensely.

Can you go to the store where you bought the pump? I have been running into pump problems and was able to go to the store in the hospital where I bought the pump and they checked the suction for me with a tool they have. My suction was bad so I wound up calling Medela to troubleshoot.
