I usually leave the bottle out until LO is ready to eat since it can be left out for 6 hours. Then whatever is left over I put in the fridge to warm up and feed her later on.
Problem is, I'm noticing a milky/sour smell from refrigerated milk and I understand that BM shouldn't smell. Is it going bad bc I left it out before refrigerating it?
Also, at what point do you freeze, immediately after pumping or from the fridge to freezer?

Re: freezing. I work full time and pump for DC bottles so I freeze once a week. Usually Wednesday, because my output is low at the beginning of each week so I wait until I normalize again. So on Wednesdays I am usually 20 oz or so ahead of DD and I freeze all except tomorrow's daycare bottles and then like 4 or 5 extra oz JIC. My frozen milk typically is 2 day old fridge milk. I've never frozen freshly pumped milk.

can I refrigerate leftovers she drank from?
And is it ok to reheat BM more than once? If I heat it and she only ends up having a small amount can I put it back in the fridge?
