Rec your hand soap/lotion

Random question of the day:

Any recommendations on non-drying hand soaps or lotions that don't need to be reapplied all the dang time? Since were all washing our hands a million times a day. If it helps, I'd say I have "normal" level skin :-)

With all this hand washing after every diaper change, my and DHs hands are taking a beating. I've actually resorted to rubbing some olive oil on them on the occasional nights when I'm cooking and DH can handle baby, which helps sometimes. I know the frequency will decrease eventually, but for now - owwie!

I like the cerave cream (not just the lotion) and aquaphor on the really dry parts.

Dial soap, gold bond lotion.
Flame me, but I don't wash my hands after every diaper change. If any gets on me, I'll use a wipe. If I'm in public, I use hand sanitizer.

I'm also a wipe or sanitizer user after diapers. Cream is aveeno naturals

Oh I wish I could skip one but LO seems to be super sensitive on her little tush. I have to use Vaseline every time in her booty area and the diaper cream every few days and at night. I feel like our water bill will be huge this month! But thank you!! Now have lots
Of ideas to try. Though tonight I'm stealing a pair of DHs medical gloves and slathering thick layers of Vaseline mixed w/ Shea butter on them til Los night time feed.

Have the bath and body works foaming soaps now and they're killing me - gotta find something else less drying.

I put A&D ointment with almost every diaper change, but I just do it with my finger, and wipe it off on the diaper first and then with a wipe.

I use Mary Kay satin hands hand cream. They have a fragrance free version and it lasts through a few hand washes. If you get the whole satin hands set there's an emollient part that's great for really dry skin. I put it on at night and don't wash it off. DH started to use that part when his hands were cracking during the winter and it worked really well.
