Noah's long-awaited genetics appointment is Friday. I'm pretty stressed to say the least, but would really appreciate as many crossed fingers as I can get that this testing and the geneticist (and the neuro next month - appointment with them is June 26) figure out what exactly is going on with him. We think he had another seizure on Mother's Day, but by the time I could reach my phone it was over. It happened again while he was nursing. I wish the neuro appointment could be bumped up. In good news, however, he seems to be gaining well these last two weeks. Is there a five-month growth spurt? He seems to have almost doubled his average weekly gain this last couple weeks. I'll know more tomorrow at his official weight check. DD (now four) just got a referral for speech evaluation too. It's been a crazy week - and I know it's going to get crazier come Friday.

Please keep your fingers crossed for the doctors to bring this puzzle together - I just want to know what to expect. Everything going on with him has blindsided me. I want answers.
