NBR fever in my 3yo

in March 2014 Moms
She's had a fever for 3 days that finally broke today but later came back up.
DH took her to the pediatrician today, she has no issues with ear/nose/throat so pedi says just wait it out.
Would you be worried about the fever lasting this long?

    Is she acting sick/lethargic? If she's basically her normal self, just with a fever I wouldn't be too concerned (would just monitor). If she is acting sick I'd be more worried, and might seek a second opinion.

    She's jumping around and playing during the day but when her temp is high again, she's definitely lethargic. If she's not getting Tylenol round the clock it goes back up and she'll be wimpering her sleep. When I go to check on her, she's burning up.

    We're going through this too. My 3 y/o has had a fever since Saturday evening. I'm worried but our pedi also said we just have to wait it out. There's just something going around. No advice, just wanted to commiserate and say that I hope your LO feels better soon.
