So my son has 4 teeth on top and two on the bottom. one of his front teeth is missing the front half....its like its chipped but only the front half...if that makes sense. Has anyone else had this happen? He is strictly breastfed also.
Picture? My LO has a crooked front tooth so it looks like its missing some but it's just the way the tooth is coming in.

OP , I would say go ahead and try to get an appointment with a pediatric dentist if you have one in your area, they are specially trained to deal with children and those problems specifically. It could be that the enamel did not form correctly, or it could be what we call baby bottle tooth decay. Don't let the name fool you, it can happen to breasted babies also. Make sure you are at least wiping lo's teeth before they go to sleep because the milk tends to pool between the gums and the teeth and slowly decays those teeth. Don't panic there are things that can be done if that's the case! I have worked for a pediatric dentist for 15 years and have seen this many times! Good luck
My LO is missing some enamel on one of his teeth. It looked like a cavity or something so I had the doc look at it and he said sometimes part of the enamel can be missing from the baby teeth, but shouldn't affect his permanent teeth.

I'd talk to your pediatrician.
This exactly, it's always better to just to get it checked
