    Week/fruit? C is 3.5 weeks old.

    Symptoms? Tired mama; baby - lots of nasal congestion...trying to figure out if she has a virus or reflux. She got a respiratory culture taken yesterday and started on reflux meds. Now we wait to find out if the culture grows anything or if the zantac helps.

    Upcoming appointments? C goes for her 1 month next week; I go in 2.5 weeks for my 6 week checkup.

    Rants/raves? Frustrated already with the zantac...she hates it. I tasted it and it's terrible..going back to the pharmacy today to ask for some flavoring to be added.

    GTKY : Do you have any Memorial Day plans? Nope...DH will be out of town for work so it will just be me and the kids.

    Week/fruit? 39.2 watermelon

    Symptoms? Bloody show, mild contractions, lots of pressure in both front and back

    Upcoming appointments? Had a drs apt today 3cm and 50% effaced. Being induced on thurs unless she comes on her own by than which dr says is more likely because she and I are ready and things are moving fast.

    Rants/raves? I'm tired of my mother and her inputs on this pregnancy it's been almost 8 years and she still won't let me live it down that I got an epideral with DS (mind you she never had a vaginal birth with any of us) and now she's complaining about "having" to be at the hospital at 2am Thursday morning. I keep telling her she doesn't have to show up that early but she claims I need her which might be true but she needs to leave her negativity at home.

    GTKY : Do you have any Memorial Day plans? No plans we don't normally do anything and since I will have a baby I won't be doing anything for the first two weeks of her life because I don't like to take my babies out until than.

    40 weeks

    Symptoms?
    Some cramping but that's about it.

    Upcoming appointments?
    Weekly appointment this morning. Still high and tight. Ultrasound tomorrow to check fluid, etc. hopefully no induction to follow it up. Appt next Monday and eviction date of 5/20 if nothing happens this week.

    Rants/raves?
    Not sure if this is a rant or a rave... I got my nails done today and everyone in the salon was shocked today was my due date. They all said I didn't look tired enough to be at the end. Thanks?

    GTKY : Do you have any Memorial Day plans?
    My brother invited us over for a BBQ (just family) that we might go to depending on how things are going by then. A free meal is always nice.

    Rants/raves? Rants: DH has duty for the fire house again tonight (had it last night... My first night by myself with LO). She hardly slept last night and I just sat there staring at those gorgeous eyes wishing they'd just close. I cried a lot last night. Kinda scared of tonight and tomorrow night because of it. Although I know this stage won't last forever.
    Raves: so happy to see her jaundice is starting to go away. She makes me smile so much (even though I feel like crying more than smiling at times, but that'll happen). She's perfect in every way and after my few losses before and hearing the sad stories that have happened to M14, I cherish her so much more. Oh, another rave... Got our ergo baby carrier last night, used today and LOVE it! She fell asleep the whole time she was in it!

    GTKY : Do you have any Memorial Day plans? Not really. Just having Amelia last week kinda changed a lot! Maybe go up to DH's parent's camper for the weekend. Would be nice to BBQ with our friends before they move to FL and have a quiet weekend with everyone we love away from the hustle of our town.

    Week/fruit? 38 weeks, pumpkin

    Symptoms? I am enormous. My feet are also the size of pumpkins. 

    Upcoming appointments? Just had one yesterday. My cervix is soft. I'll have another appt next Monday. 

    Rants/raves? Blah- pregnancy. Yay- almost done. 

    GTKY : Do you have any Memorial Day plans? Having a baby. Done.
