IT'S A BOY
This week: walking around Disney, and get a run in before Sundays soccer game.
Goal: Marathon in November.
QOTW: I hate the cold, but choose Sunny and cold. I stay in bed when it's gloomy.
This week: just did my first workout in a week and it felt awesome! I think I'm ready for one cheat day a week since I am below my goal weight!
Goal: stay healthy and enjoy it!
I love the heat more than I hate gloomy so I say hot and gloomy. I despise cold weather!
This week I need to break out of my funk. I'm in an eff it mood when it comes to getting healthy. I'm hoping a walk later will motivate me. I looked at all these pretty dresses in my closet that range from size 4-8 this morning and wanted to cry because I am so far from fitting into any of them.
I want to lose 5 lbs this month and be healthy long term.
Cold and sunny for sure.
Last week- I did NOTHING. That's right. Did not work out one time. Took the whole week off.
This week- I feel refreshed and was looking forward to working out yesterday! Hope to keep it up and behave on my diet.
Goal- Don't go too crazy this time so it is easier to keep it apart of my routine.
QOTW- Eww I don't like this one. The gloom bums be out so bad. But, as much as I hate that... I hate the cold more. Sign me up for warm and gloomy.
This week: Gym this weekend! Walking and diet during the week.
Goal: Tone up!
QOTW: Bring on the hot and gloom!
This week: going to try to get to the gym on lunchbreak at least twice and get a couple runs in. 5k in 3 weeks!!
Goals: lose 30 lbs and don't die at the 5k

Goal is to feel comfy In a bathing suit in November and push the boys 5k this summer.
I'd rather live somewhere sunny. I need the sun or I get grumpy...and really I do live somewhere sunny but cold. It's alright.
