How much water do you drink a day and how much BM do you produce?

Over 100 ounces and no clue on how many ounces, kelly mom says it's around 25-30.

I try to get 3-4 quarts/day. I have no clue how much I produce I only pump once a day and usually get about 7-8 oz between both sides. I have oversupply. I do notice I start to have more discomfort/clogs when I'm not diligent with my water intake.

i drink at least one 750ml bottle a day. I shoot for two. (that's 25 oz minimum)

Assuming J drinks 4-5oz per feeding... 6 feedings + one pump session of 8oz...I make 35oz.

I DO notice that if i drink an afternoon coffee (i'm not a daily coffee drinker), or a drink in the evening (margarita, mikes limeade, etc) and have not drank at least 25 oz water, i get less in my pump session.

I drink a ton of water. Probably about 80oz a day. And no idea how much BM I produce, but it's plenty for LO.

I drink 1-2 litres of water a day. Plus other beverages; coffee, pop, wine or beer, occasionally a glass of milk or juice.

I produce enough that LO doesn't scream all day or fuss because he's not getting enough.
(I haven't pumped at all yet)

I EP and get max 18oz a day. I drink about 64oz of water a day plus other drinks throughout the day.

I try to get about 3 quarts of water daily. I mostly ebf, but both boys took 5 oz bottles of pumped milk on Sunday. So, if they both do about 5 oz per feed, I produce about 60 oz in a 24 hour period. I'm so thankful that I produce enough to ebf the twins

i have a 25 oz bottle in my bedroom and a 20 oz cup in the nursery, i refill each bottle at least once, so i'd say i get close to 80/90 oz of water day, also drink juice with my meals, almond milk for breakfast or with cereal and i drink soup most lunches along with a sandwich.

As for my output i'm not sure, i EBF and i think we do between 8/10 feedings a day, when lucas is up he eats every two hours, sometimes i know he eats a little bit maybe 1 to 2 oz and sometimes he guzzled down what must be 3/4 oz.

I pump once a day, after i put him to sleep at night, i have weird boobs, my right one leaks so the most i get from there is half an oz to 1 oz, my left boob does not leak and holds a lot 3/4 oz.

when i eat oatmeal i def notice an increasse in output.

I drink 3-4 big tervis tumblers a day and usually one at night. Not sure about output since I only pump once every couple of days. My highest amount is 13oz at one time.

I have a 24oz Tervis and drink 3-4 of them a day minimum. I EBF, only started pumping two weeks ago and am not consistent with when so I have no idea how much output I have...

I drink tons of water, 3 cups of mothers milk tea, almond milk, regular milk, and a beer on some nights. I always am drinking something and when I was eping I would pump 45+oz a day. Now I nurse 80% of the time and I still pump about 20-25oz a day.

My fluid intake is super variable, from 64oz/day 100+. I don't notice much of any impact on my supply, which is ample. I ebf plus pump twice a day. LO weighs 13 pounds at six weeks, and I get 5-9 ounces per pumping session.

I drink around 80oz/day (had to google a translation as I'm in pints!) and I express around 30oz/day. I had a massive oversupply to start with and was making around twice what we needed, now I am roughly matching what she drinks. We had managed to start breast feeding again, but once again she turned into a screaming mess so back to expressing

gutted, but she still gets her food!

I drink about 50oz a day. I know I should drink more but I get to distracted to realize I haven't been drinking. I BF and try to pump after two feedings a day and I usually get 4oz to freeze. I have no complaints from baby but if I want to store more I need to step it up

Usually about 1-2 liters per day. I try and drink about half my body weight in oz which was my goal during pregnancy, so I've just stuck to that. As far as how much I produce. I can usually pump about 4-5 oz at a time. No telling how much LO is getting at each feed. He doesn't always eat from both sides.

I drink 90-100oz or more, I try to EBF but have to supplement about 4oz a day and I also pump about 4oz a day which she gets back with an SNS supplementer.

I drink at least 100 oz (3l) of water a day. I pump twice a day on top of bf and I get about 4 oz (100ml) in the 2x 15 min sessions, pumping both sides once and then 1 side a second time later

I drink around 100oz per day, but I have no idea what I produce as I am EBF. I pump occasionally but only get 1-2oz if I'm lucky. I saw this the other day and thought it was a super helpful idea...
