put em here ladies...

1- Had to take my new car to the tire shop i think i have a slow leak in one of my tires.

2- Daycare called DS has pink eye.

3- Had to listen to DH complain about taking off to stay with DS since i was out with a migraine yesterday.

This is random, but I feel like my lips have been so dry lately-- I don't know how to fix it!

I am constantly re-applying lip balm and I don't know what else to do to them.

Also, H and I got into a huge fight last night and I cried for a large portion of the evening. Now today my face is still really puffy looking and more than one person asked me if I was "feeling OK."

Blerg.

You can do a sugar scrub at home on them. Or use satin lips from mary kay if you have it. I also put a shit ton of lip balm on and then get a damp washcloth and rub my lips on it until all the dead skin is off.

The "big wigs" are in today so we had to get gussied up...no jeans, no t-shirts, etc. My sweater has a huge hole that I didn't see until I got to work and I'm wearing a bright blue shirt underneath...here's hoping they pity the poor lady with holey clothes and toss me a raise

This i had to turn on my ac on sunday b/c it was 88 degrees in the house. Today it is 53.... really?!!

I can relate to a lot of this-- the regrets about going into a different line of work etc. I hope something turns around really quickly for you.

My moans is that I am traveling for work so I am in the middle of no where. At least I have internet. I am also feeling really tired and under the weather so hope I am not coming down with something.

Let me talk to you from the other side of the masters regarding human services - very little increase in earning compared to the school loan debt you go into, unless you aim for a clinical field, and that is even iffy. Trust me, don't beat yourself up about that one.

My kid is sick.

I took her to the doctors thinking she had ear infection- he says no. She has swimmers ear. The hell? She's never ever had that. Now with 102 fever, does that happen with swimmers ear? Hopefully the drops we start later take whatever it is away.

I'm just freaking tired. She was up every hour. I feel like I had a newborn!

My 7 month old is growing out of his 9 month clothes. DH and I just pulled out the bin of hand me downs his sister gave us and the clothes people have bought for him...the kid has 15 bathing suits but not a single sleeper. Guess I'll be shopping this weekend.

I don't want to pack and move for the second time in 6 months. I just counted, and I've moved 12 times in the past 10 years. That's way too many. DH has been lobbying to stay in Baltimore after I'm done training. If it means not moving again, I may decide it's not a bad idea after all.

Many hugs, lady! That sucks. I couldn't get a teaching job after we moved and it was so frustrating to be paying off student loans without a job to show for it.

I hope you find something soon so you don't have to sell the house. How is your DH taking it?

That's great news! Glad things will work out. We can keep each other motivated with job interviews. I have a meeting with my old grad school adviser Mon. I'm so nervous. Debating how dressy I want to get. Maybe just slacks and nice shirt or summer dress. It's not a formal interview that I know of, but I did give him my resume. I hope I can get a PhD spot. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!
