  I find folding to be more effective.

  Kind of a little of both? I don't sit there and fold it neatly and I also don't cram it into a ball. Make sense?

  Depends on what was going on in there... some situations call for folding, others a wad will work...

  I unwind it off the roll around my fingers.  @Asbromle  that what you mean?  Sometimes in public restrooms it ends up in a ball.  Oh the horror!!   X(

  I do sort of the same motion as if one were putting decorative tissue paper at the top of a gift bag. Does that make sense?
