  • Last week: Walked around the park with the stroller and went to the gym.  I did arms in our basement gym (if you can call it that) and went to the gym and did abs and cardio (finally!) 
    This week: Gym this weekend!  Walking and diet during the week.
    Goal: Tone up!
    QOTW: Bring on the hot and gloom!

  • Last week AF came to visit and I felt really rotten. My mom also came (yay!) so workout time has been nil. Some walking and going to the park.

    This week I hope to get to the gym once and make better snack choices

    Goal is to feel comfy In a bathing suit in November and push the boys 5k this summer.

    I'd rather live somewhere sunny. I need the sun or I get grumpy...and really I do live somewhere sunny but cold. It's alright.
