Blood after 2 month shots?!

Yesterday late afternoon DS got his 2 month shots. He slept all night long and first thing this morning had a totally normal diaper. He ate and then had another diaper but when I went to change it there was a small pink spot right where the tip of his penis would have been sitting. I am currently waiting on a call back from the pediatrician but just curious if anyone might have any insight at all about what would cause this or what might be going on...
Baby #1: Nixson Thomas - Born 3/11/14 @ 4:32pm, 7lbs 10oz, 21.5"
Baby #2: Emma Haley - Born 7/2/15 @ 7:09am, 7lbs 9 oz, 21"
Baby #3: TTC (hoping for a due date of spring / summer 2017)

    It's most likely that the tip of his penis rubbed a bit on the diaper and got a bit raw, leaving the pink mark. There is no connection between it and the 2 month shots. Just a coincidence!

    If he's circ'd the glans might still be a bit more friable (?delicate?) and bleed a bit more easily than if not circ'd.

    Thank you @Jenstwins‌! He is circ'd. Definitely hoping it is something this simple and just a coincidence. That completely makes sense.
