Prenatal Pressure Point Massage

I'm off to see if this will help kick start anything! I know my body will do what it's supposed to do when it's ready, but no harm in trying something that might help it along! Obviously, I'll let you know if it works.

Anyone ever tried one of these?

I had one done about two days after my due date. It didn't work and I was induced 4 days later. Good luck! Hopefully it works for you.

I had one and did acupuncture and went into labor 2 days later. Could be totally unrelated but was definitely relaxing! Unless your body is ready to go into labor I don't think there much of a chance of it working.

Well, even if it doesn't do anything it was totally worth it! It was interesting that specific pressure points that I've noticed hurting in the last couple of days are associated with uterus. Here's to hoping it does something, I would so like to not be pregnant this upcoming weekend.

My sister was 11 days late and the 12 day her c/s was scheduled. On night 11 she had her doula come over and use essential oils to give her a pressure point massage. The nxt morning she was so upset thinking her v-bac would not happen. Off to the hospital she went for her c/s. When she arrived she was in labor! Day 12! She 100% believes that her pressure point massage did it. She had no signs of labor before that. Good luck!

I did acupressure (similar but more down to business less relaxing) and it helped strengthen what contractions I was already having but did nothing for dilation or getting baby to drop any.
