My friend posted this on FB. It's brilliant! It makes me think about how my boss told me I could use the bathroom or the computer server room to pump when I go back to work. She's such a douche bag. I just replied that I would use the server room because the bathroom is unsanitary and I need to be able to sit. I mean seriously, can you imagine? Where would I put the milk bottles down after detaching the pump from my breasts? Fucking moron. She's also a lawyer, so you would think she should know that there is a law that she provide me with somewhere to do it!

I've seen this all over Facebook. Love it!
I don't mind nursing in public...but the fact that people are weird about it makes me not do it very often. I wish Americans were as okay with NIP as Europeans are!

Love this! I have no issues nursing in public but it always seems everyone does. I went to an event a couple weeks ago and was looking for a good spot to sit to nurse and our friends rushed to try and find me a room away from everyone to nurse. I don't want to be in a room by myself for 45 min when I came out to hear music!

Love this! NIP is completely unheard of where I live. I've done it a few times but not in my little rural town where breast feeding is hush hush and uncommon.

I've done it around friends at their houses and family though. DH was uncomfortable with me doing it but has gotten over it since I wasn't going to seclude myself for 30 min every two hours.

Today I nursed in:
-a restaurant, at the table
-an American Apparel, while standing outside the changing rooms waiting for my sister to finish trying things on
-a bakery, again at the table
-the cafe section of a grocery store.

So glad that NIPing is considered a protected civil right in this state. Hope the Texas law passes!

I honestly didn't even think about it not being "legal!" I nurse wherever! I'm going to feed my child, yo!
