Eczema - natural remedies??

Does anybody use a natural remedy or something other than a prescription to clear eczema on their LO's??
My DS always has it and desonide ointment works but not as much lately.... Looking for other ways to help keep his skin clear

    My husband has eczema as a child.  It was his gluten allergy.  That is my only suggestion, try cutting out gluten for 3 weeks and see if it helps.

    Definitely pay attention to soaps and detergents. Also, I've heard that oatmeal baths are miraculous, but since DD is allergic to oats, I have no first-hand experience to share. ;-)
