    Yes, we're in the foothills. Oh, well, at least I've been too lazy to take the snow tires off my car. They can have one last hurrah.

    We actually have a loft style apartment by the ball park with no air conditioning and basically floor to ceiling windows - it's like a fire in a greenhouse on a hot day. Poor DH is going to fry but we have one of those huge industrial fans that keep you cool but are so loud it's almost not worth it. I've escaped to the South Bay to my parents who are out of town this week and have air conditioning.
    Oh Lord, I bet y'all roast on these rare days :( But it sounds pretty!

    Our Craftsman Bungalow has brand new windows with block-out Roman blinds plus curtains on them so we stay cool-ish but with no A/C, we roast, too. I just bought the medium-sized Vornado fans from BB&Beyond and we have ceiling fans in the playroom and our bedroom so it's manageable. Sleeping is the worst!
