I had my weekly ultrasound and NST this morning. Both went good. We got some great face shots on the ultrasound. I still think her little face looks just like my hubby!! She has adorable chubby cheeks that I can't wait to kiss. And we saw her moving her mouth like she was eating! So cute!!!
Everything else is great. Counting down until my induction on the 29th.
I had an NST and fluid check because of my gestational diabetes. Those looked good, but now I am being watched for preeclampsia due to swelling of my feet and an increase in my blood pressure and weight from last week's appointment. I have another appointment Thursday where I'll get more information. Baby also flipped herself breech since last week.
just had mine today after the terrifying experience last week, and i am in the clear! no more bed rest, I can go back to work and start doing normal things in life again. can't wait. she did say about the strep b test in a few weeks, and after 35 weeks be prepared because it could happen at any point after that! woo hoo! a week and a half. time to go do more baby laundry and set things up now that i'm allowed to do those things again.
Had my weekly NST today. Baby passed it quickly. Addressed some of my wants with labor (being able to walk around, epidural only if I ask for it, c-section only if necessary for the health of the baby) and my doctor was really cool with that. There was some concern on my part because my ankles were swelling so badly this weekend and doctor said its just swelling from my lack of water intake this weekend and being super busy because my BP went down and my weight and urine sample looked good. So at least I don't have to be concerned about that!
My appointments were SO long today. First I had an ultrasound at the MFM, and they wanted to do a biophysical so they had info before my NST. Baby B did NOT want to move or "breathe" for them; she just wanted to nap. So they made me stay there twice as long so that if she failed the NST, they would have have those things on record so I would't get sent back. As a result, I was almost an hour late for my NST. At the NST, the same baby moved around so much that she wouldn't stay on the monitor, and the poor nurse had to hold the doppler the whole time to get her to pass. I am happy that they are both fine, but I definitely was not expecting to be out from 9:30-2:30 today and to keep my poor ride and babysitter an hour over.
I had a regular check up today. I'm assuming I'll have the GBS test next Wednesday as well as a sonogram...baby is measuring ahead still so they want to check it out. They keep saying it's most likely bc I have had kids but want to double check the fluid. Also my bp was lower than normal today 89/60... They didn't seem concerned but I wasn't feeling too great today anyways.
