Can anyone tell me their opinions of which one is better for what reason/type of person? I really want to arm myself to do it naturally, but I can't really figure out which one would be better for dh and I. I don't handle extreme pain very well. Even though dh was shocked out of his mind last time, he assures me he will be a rock this time. I thought I would like bradley more, but before we fork out so much money for the classes I want to be sure.

Re: Bradley vs Hypnobirthing
Also I tell everyone who is even interested to try to go med free to prepare for it as if that is what they intend to do. I've heard many people refer it like training for a marathon, you wouldn't try to run a marathon without training for it and if you did you would likely fail but train for it and you're likely to succeed. There is no harm in preparing yourself with classes, the epi will be there if you want it but the med free birth is less likely if you don't prepare for it.
