My kids are cheap dates!

We went out of town for the weekend and went to the zoo and to "day out with thomas". At both places we went to the gift shop and told them that they could each pick out one toy /souvenir. At the zoo they picked out a little bath toy..., 95 cents each! At Thomas they picked silly straws...$4.99 each! Lol. Both places dh was showing them all the cool stuff they could get, but their minds were made up! I'm sure in a couple years we won't get through a gift shop without spending $50 so we'll enjoy it while it lasts!
