  I've heard you shouldn't because sometimes wet bags hold onto soapy water and things don't rinse as well. But I do anyway.

  It never occurred to me to wash them differently. Isn't it the same as washing a cover, or any diaper with PUL for that matter?

  I throw them in after the initial rinse ,that way it doesn't trap nasty water.

  I wash them together.  I occasionally dry my diapers, so I just make sure I don't dry the wetbag.

  Thanks. Apparently it's just me who doesn't wash them with diapers! I'll happily change that!

  I wash and dry it in the dryer. I don't have room to air dry my bags in the house! My banisters are full of diapers!
