I am having a really hard time with the side effects of the progestrone i am taking. It is making me very very moody, bitchy and emotional. And pretty much i am being a shit mom which is causing ds to act out and become a bad circle of our emotions. I feel so brunt out (side effect) plus trying to take care of my mom post surgery.
Anyways, just wondering if you experienced this how to dealt with it. I am find in the moment i react before i think about why i am saying no or whatever and then after think about what is going on and that i am just being a bitch. So how did you deal with the side effects?
