Spot on forehead

Anyone got a clue what this is? It's on DD's forehead, been there since yesterday. ZERO itching, doesn't hurt. She didn't even know it was there until I noticed. I thought maybe a bite, but I dunno? What does an eczema patch look like? She's never had that before, but I was wondering if it was dry skin or something. I don't think it's ring worm, it didn't quite look like that when I googled. Plus I keep reading that itches pretty bad.

It looks like M's eczema. It doesn't always seem to it him.
