Will you state survive the zombie apocalypse?

We're good here in CO. It's true that we don't have a lot of fire-arms, but Wyoming is a pretty short drive and I figure I can always go take refuge at Dick Cheney's house.

  • Wait a minute. So confused! So the less number of points means most likely to survive. How is Alaska more likely to survive with less military personnel, guns, and paint ball? Don't you need weapons to fight off Zombies? DH is addicted to "Walking Dead." He is convinced there will be a Zombie Apocalypse in our lifetime, from an airborne virus or something.

MN is 38th, but all of the states surrounding are on the safe list, so I think that should increase our odds.

He saw the movie last year when he was in CA for work. He called and said we'd be screwed if the Zombies took over. He wants to put a safe room in our basement for terrorist attacks, tornadoes, citywide radiation poisoning, and Zombies...

Bah, the movie has nothing to do with the book. I wouldn't even see it.
  • The book was better? Scary?

  • The book was better? Scary?

The book is done in the style of a series of interviews. It's really interesting. There's a lot of scary bits, and a lot of human connection to the various interviewees.
  • But it's about Zombies?

    Yes.
  • Do you think it could really happen?

  • Do you think it could really happen?

I don't think the dead are going to walk, no, but I do believe that there's a real possibility of some kind of large-scale biological attack that could kind of mirror a "zombie apocalypse". That being said, I'm not a crazy prepper or anything...I'd probably just die. :)
  • I would for sure die...and be totally OK with that. What's the chance you really want to survive it anyway?
  • I always figured because we had the CDC, we'd be alright, but apparently NOT. Way to go, GA.

I have died every day waiting for you. Darling, don't be afraid, I have loved you for a thousand years. And all along I believed I would find you, time has brought your heart to me. I have loved you for a thousand years. I'll love you a thousand more.

I guess you don't watch The Walking Dead...
