I just squeezed my nipple. And milk came out. Like a drop of milk . Is that normal im only 16 weeks. With my second. Im thinking that since ive had milk in there before .. but that was 4 years ago
I'm currently nursing my first child and have a milk supply, yet the thought of squeezing my nipple sends chills down my spine and makes me a little queasy. It's probably early milk but I'd talk to your doctor about it.
My boobs are hard and my nipples are in crazy pain. I'm also 16 weeks. I squeezed too but nothing came out. I was half expecting it. My mom was full on leaking at 20 weeks.

It's very normal. Your breasts begin producing colostrum about midway through your pregnancy. Some women leak, others can't even hand express a drop: but it's there.
And leaking colostrum is not a problem. It doesn't run out, but replenishes itself. Your body will produce the colostrum baby needs leaking or not.
I've also heard that this indicates that you'll have a great milk supply for your little one! My friend started leaking really early and wore pads in her bra to soak up the leakage but also kept a spare shirt and her office for emergencies.
I don't think I have ever heard for leaking having anything to do with milk supply. My sister leaked for weeks and weeks and had a very difficult time with nursing and bed supply. I never leaked and I had a HUGE supply and zero problems breast feeding.
Thats good i was scared. I just thought it was early. It didnt start till i was 30 something weeks with my daughter. It doesnt leak i just squeezed my boob to my nipple and a drop came. Out. No leakage yet.
I haven't nursed in 2 years and when I started feeling like I was pregnant I squeezed my nipple and I had some drops of milk come out and that's how I knew I was pregnant!
With my first I leaked colostrum from week 22 to birth. I feel that it's normal but if you're concerned just call the doc.
