DH and I found out at 13 weeks that our baby was gone...we are planning to plant a tree in our yard on Mother's Day in his or her honor and have family over to join us. I am feeling unsure of things we could say or do along with the planting. I have looked up some quotes that we could maybe read along with it but just thought I would see if anyone had other ideas. We have really gotten to a place of acceptance and understanding so I am hoping to stay away from anything too weepy, but I am sure it will be an emotional day. Any input is appreciated! Hoping for peaceful Mother's Day for us all!

    We planted a flower in honor of our baby. My husband and I did it together and it was just us, so we just said what was in our hearts. It was brief, but very meaningful and cathartic for us.
