Baby acne?? Pic..

So my little girl has these bumps from her upper lol area to the top of her for head

I'm thinking it's just baby acne but for the past couple days when we wake up there seems to be a bit more.
Does this look like baby acne or a rash/allergic reaction?
Anyone else ask their docs about this or experiencing this as well?

My son has it bad, really bad. The rash covers his entire face, neck and even on his shoulders. It's way beyond bumps. I took him to the doc 2X to look at it and she said it was normal and not to do anything special except keep it clean with warm water. Well, the rash got so bad one patch actually started to bleed! Judge away but I took a tiny bit of baby soap on a warm wash cloth and washed his face, rinsed it and put a teeny tiny bit of Aveeno baby lotion on it. It was instantly better. I've been doing this 1X a day for the last 3 days and his face is finally getting better after 5 weeks of terrible rash.

My son has it horribly also. My pedi said the same, but I'm getting pretty aggravated. He's 5 wks and I think it's getting worse. He also has cradle cap on his eyebrows... I'm gonna try washing and lotion also. I was never told the lotion rule with DD and I remember she had some bumps, but they went right away.

That's baby acne! My little one has it too. It should go away on its own in a few weeks.

My son has it too and I use lotion on it. It helps. I've never not used lotion on him though. Keri lotion is my favorite DD has super sensitive skin and Keri lotion is amazing

This was DS1. Pedi told me it was a heat rash, but I was doubtful. In any event, Aveeno baby eczema cream cleared it up. I've had great luck with that lotion for pretty much every skin issue. I used it a couple times on DS2 for dry skin, fixed that too.

Looks like baby acne which my little one also has- doc saw it and said not to put anything on it because it could aggravate it more- but it certainly is tough not to when you just want their skin to clear up!
