Lyme Disease?

I have never pulled a tick off LO but he has what looks to be a small bullseye between his chest and shoulder. I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow but what do you guys make of this? At first I thought it was another eczema patch but now I'm not sure.

    I know very little about this but I think that in most places ticks haven't really become a problem yet. I was wondering ring worm as well. It seems like that is more common. Do you have pets? I know pets can pass it to people.

    The ticks in the south are already Horrible. I have got at least 5 off of me and DD.

    It hasn't been a problem for us (think subdivision), but one of my friends that lives in a more rural part of town was just commenting that she's found three on her dog already this year. We're in Michigan.

    I must stay inside too much. I live in the south and have never had one on me.
