Worried.....

Hi. I am a 29 y/o female with 28-30 day cycles. Sexually active with my partner of 2 years. No hx of gyne problems. I am currently 12 days late from my cycle, have been having lower abdominal pain, mainly on my right side which radiates,to my back and shoulder, dizziness, feeling clammy like I have the flu or fever (afebrile,I checked), bloated, overall just horrible. I've taken 3 hpts- all negative. My beta hcg was negative, thyroid, CBC were all WNL. Having a transvaginal ultrasound tomorrow. What could this be?

    I think some kinds of cysts can create those problems, but I'm not sure. I hope the u/s gives you answers that are easily fixable.

I made it through without crashing!! :) Hats off to Dr. Fancypants!! ET of one 5AB blast. BFN. 13 10 CCS'ed snowflakes! FET #1 PUPO as of 7/29 Betas: 8/7@24, 8/9@97, 8/11@334 (etc.) Two sacs on 8/15, one seen on 8/18 after a bleed. U/s 8/25 (6+3) "perfect": 5.9 mm + HB@120bpm! U/s 9/4 (7+6): 15.9 mm + HB@172 bpm! Please, PLEASE stick this time!!!!

    No advice on what it could be, but I hope you find answers tomorrow.

    IVF #1 with PGS: 10/2013: Canceled 9/27/2013 for issues with genetic lab

    IVF #1.5 with PGS: 11/16/2013: Canceled. 11 eggs retrieved, 9 mature & 9 fertilized, all unhealthy embryos

    IVF #2: 1/22/14: Canceled. 16 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 7 fertilized, all unhealthy embryos

    IVF #3 with PGS: 5/10/2014: Switched to FET in July. 10 eggs retrieved, 9 mature, 8 fertilized, 2 healthy embryos!

    FET #1: 7/31/2014: Transferred 2 nearly perfect (6AA, 6BA) healthy embryos- BFFN

    Laproscopy: 10/2014: Healthy uterus

    IVF #4: 12/8/2014: Canceled. 17 eggs retrieved, 15 mature, 10 fertilized, all unhealthy embryos

    No advice here either... I have no idea what it could be. I agree that it might be a cyst, but that needs to be checked out for sure.  Good luck.

    It's probably an ovarian cyst that burst. If you start throwing up go to the ER because it could damage your ovary. I have had a cyst burst twice....VERY painful.

    IVF #1 cancelled 4/28/14 due to not responding to meds and not enough follicles
    IVF #2- BFP due May'15

    I agree could be a cyst, or a kidney stone.  Is it your low abdomen?  I am assuming it is since your thought was of a cyst, but radiation around the should is sometimes a symptom of a bad gall bladder.  Either way I hope they find something easy :)
